Hmm, I think that vest might be made by those customellow guys, so you could possibly inquire directly about it and see if they could ship to you. Mt. Rainier and Engineered Garments also put out shawl vests you could look into, but I’m not sure if they’re still available. Sames goes for the one Garbstore did a little while back. Sorry that’s not too helpful - appreciate the kind words.
